DECLARATION

• I hereby declare that the particulars furnished above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
• I do hereby undertake that after being fully satisfied with the teaching faculty, management and staff of the PAHUJA LAW ACADEMY PVT. LTD., (hereinafter referred as PLA) and I am taking admission in the institute with my own consent and without any sort of influence whatsoever.
• I do hereby understand and undertake that “Fees once paid shall not be refunded after expiry of period of 15 days from the date of the admission, for whatsoever reason it may be”. However during the period of 15 days as mentioned above, the fee may be refunded, only upon written application against proper receipt and on receipt of such application, PLA shall refund the fees amount, after necessary deductions, of 33% of the total fees for the online and offline study material within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt.
• I have read the prospectus/brochure carefully and after being satisfied with the same, I understand that PLA institute does not provide any warranty for taking a specific subject from any specific/particular teacher. However, PLA shall arrange the best faculty as available with them in the interest of the students.
• I hereby undertake that PLA may prohibit carrying of any recording equipments, including mobile phone as per their discretion, in order to enforce strict prohibition on any form of video or audio recording of classes. I further undertake that violation of this rule shall make me liable for immediate termination from the Academy.
• I hereby undertake that PLA shall hold the discretion for terminating my admission for any acts of “Misconduct or Indiscipline”
  • Creation of any form of major/minor disturbance or ruckus in the class, PLA premise or immediate vicinity of PLA; or
  • Any act of quarrelling with the teaching or non teaching staff and/or the Management personnel or fellow students or any form of fight in the respective class, PLA premise or immediate vicinity of PLA.
  • Any act of defacement, destruction or diminishing the value of any property belonging to PLA.
  • Any act of refusing to follow the rules related to class entry or exit, class attendance, book collection, test writing and any other relevant rules related to the respective coaching.
  • Any act of threatening the teaching or non teaching staff and/or the Management personnel or fellow students which shall be detrimental for the effective conducting of the classes.
  • Any form of indecency including verbal, physical or in form of gestures or written words towards the teachers, staff members and fellow students in order to annoy, insult or infuriate them.
  • Any act of spreading false and frivolous rumours with a malicious intent of tarnishing the reputation of PLA and instigating or aiding other students to gather up against any teacher or the institution as a whole.
  • Any act of selling, distributing or dissemination in electronic form, the study material, books, test booklets, bullet notes, class test papers as well as special test series which are so provided to that concerned student by PLA

  However, this list in only illustrative and not exhaustive, an act of indiscipline beyond and without the abovementioned descriptions may also get covered as acts of “Misconduct or Indiscipline”

• I do hereby undertake, in case of any dispute, of any nature whatsoever, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator namely Mr. Man Mohan Goel, Advocate, having Chamber No. B-39/40, B.G.S. Block, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi and his decision shall be final and binding upon the parties.
• All the disputes shall be subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
• I have no objection, if PLA uses my result/name/photograph in future for its promotion and advertisement.
• I hereby declare that I have understood the above said terms and conditions as envisaged in Registration/Admission Form. Thus, I am entering into this agreement, with my free will, consent, accord and without any coercion, pressure or undue influence.
• I hereby undertake that if there is any default in payment of my fees instalments, for any reason whatsoever, then the appointed staff member of PLA shall absolutely stop my entry to any of the classes offered by PLA.
• I hereby undertake that PLA reserves all the rights vis-à-vis allocation of subjects and their conducting order. I also undertake that PLA reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of hours/classes scheduled on a particular day.
• I hereby undertake that once I have paid half amount of my fees then PLA shall issue a provisional ID Card in my name which shall be valid till one month from the date of my admission. Thereafter, after the payment of remaining half amount of my fees, I shall be issued a permanent card valid for the duration of my course with PLA. I further undertake that my entry to any of the classes may be barred if I do not possess and/or show a proper ID Card.

I hereby declare to pay my complete fees installments within the period of 3 months from the date of admission and in my failure to do so PLA reserves the right to remove me from my relevant batch.
